Your Provider Has Referred You to IV Infusion Therapy—Now What?
Your provider has determined that the best course of treatment for you is delivered via IV infusion. Once we receive all the necessary clinical documentation from your provider, we will submit a request for treatment authorization to your insurance company. Approval times can vary by insurer, but please allow 2–4 weeks for processing. In some cases, the insurance company may deny the request. If that happens, we will work with your provider to appeal the denial, though this may extend the timeline. Don’t worry! We are always tracking progress behind the scenes.
Your infusion facility is staffed by a qualified Registered Nurse who will oversee your entire infusion process, from start to finish, in a comfortable environment.

Is IV Infusion Therapy Expensive?
Depending on your insurance plan, you may be responsible for copays, coinsurance, and deductibles. You will also need to complete any required lab work and imaging (such as X-rays, MRIs, etc.) prior to your infusion or injection.
Our staff is very knowledgeable about assistance programs, and each patient is evaluated for available funding. Please be on the lookout for a call from our Financial CounselingTeam at 866.302.0606.
They will reach out to you directly and help determine your eligibility for financial assistance programs and inform you of any out-of-pocket costs.

Our nurse will call you to set up your first infusion appointment. During this call, we will provide you an overview of the therapy you are receiving and directions, if needed.
- Please inform us if you are on antibiotics, ill, have had/or are planning any surgeries or dental procedures. This is important as we may not be able to infuse you for your own safety. Please let us know in advance!
- Continue all prescribed medications as ordered by your physician.
- Drink lots of water – This helps prepare your veins.
- Our site offers free WI-FI, comfortable recliners, beverages and light snacks. Please feel free to bring any personal devices (plus headphones) or reading material you might wish to use and a light blanket. Don’t forget a form of payment for any copays you might have.
